I’m a mission-driven public safety professional with over 40 years of leadership in law enforcement, emergency management, and organizational security. From frontline operations to executive strategy, I help organizations safeguard people, property, and infrastructure—while building strong, high-performing teams prepared for any challenge.
I began my career with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, serving in specialized units including Bureau of Investigation, Hostage Rescue, Major Case Squad, and the Police Honor Guard. After retiring as a Commander, I transitioned to senior leadership roles across K–12 public schools, higher education, and nonprofit organizations—leading complex safety operations for over 25,000 students, staff, and community members.
